Water: Robeson County / 8" / at site
This site is currently served by Robeson County by an 8” line and has the ability to be served redundantly by The City of Lumberton Public Utility. The 12” diameter water main located less than 1 mile and can be extended to the rear of the property. This water main, once extended can provide approximately 1,000,000 GPD at a peak demand of 800 GPM at this location. The timeframe to design, permit and construct service to the site is 12-14 months which should be in line with construction timeframe. The City has no impact or capacity fees associated with water or sewer availability.

Wastewater from the site would be conveyed to the City of Lumberton Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) which is located approximately 5 miles from the site with a permitted capacity of 20 MGD and present usage at 6.5 MGD leaving approximately 13.5 MGD of excess capacity. Additional sewer capacity can be obtained at the site by modifying the existing pump stations along the interceptor. Each of these downstream pump stations were constructed to accommodate future expansions. The timeframe to design, permit and construct service to the site is 12-18 months which should be in line with construction timeframe.
